As you are aware that on going court case for Equal Military Service Pay (MSP) in Delhi High Court vide number WP(C) 12842 of 2018 is in final stage / deciding stage.
Other two important cases which are at final stage are of CSD and DGR
Today (24 Sep 2022) we met a Senior Advocate of Supreme Court at his residence for hiring his services for this case.
He is specialist in Pay and Allowances and have won many cases like sps vains and Maj Gen case etc.
His services are costing 7.5 lakhs per hearing after negotiating 5 lakhs and we need to hire him for minimum 3 to 5 hearings.
In short it is huge amount which we need to pay.
we want to state you all that our society doesn’t have sufficient funds for the same.
We request you to please donate generously as we are fighting this case to win and not losing.
We do not want to go like OROP case fighting free of cost and then loosing.
