    DAV is receiving huge number of emails on variety of subjects. Directing these mails to concerned section is quit time consuming and is often prone to error thus delaying resolution of queries. To streamline and speedup the whole process of automated setting of incoming mail is being implemented, which will reduce the time taken by various sections of DAV in solving the query of Air Veterans.   
    Air Veterans are requested to use the following four digits code in the subject line of the emails. If you have raised a query without using the below codes, you are requested to send a fresh query with the code to get a speedier resolution.
