Those who laid down their lives in recent confrontation with China on LAC are not entitled to the battle casualty benefits as per MoD policy.
Sad but that’s the reality.
The government is making difference between LAC & LoC.
It’s not a fare rule.
We must raise the voice.
All Union who are front runner for veteran’s welfare should take the case with MOD and Court to correct the anomanalities for martyrs
Union govt not given proper feedback from the army general and secretary. A high layer of discrimination prevailed in armed forces. Honourable court take suo motto as whole india know that jawans/ jco deployed any war front. Hence more casuality take place with them.
Our society prevent any word against the sovergienty of country. Govt must take cognizance of fact in issue so moral of armed forces not go down.
