Mr Bir Bahadur Singh welcomed all the members on board and the following points were taken up.
- Vtrn Bir Bahadur Singh suggested the members to start a drive to educate Ex-Servicemen on boycotting the Chinese products and Chinese Apps. It was suggested that for buying any item we must ask the vendor/shop keeper that where it is made, and in case made in China or Peoples’ Republic of China we should boycott that.
- Vtrn Abinash Kumar asked to update on current court cases and other matters Bir Bahadur Singh apprised the members about the latest position of court cases Voice of Ex Servicemen Society have filled.

G. Pay anomalies of Hony Commissioned Officers
- Vtrn Rajeev Behal apprised the members that During Synergy Meeting held at CGDA during Aug 2018, though many points were raised by Voice but Govt has issued letters in three points and anomalies were removed.
A. Ex-servicemen from the DISTRICTS where there is no ECHS policlinic should be given Medical Allowance of Rs 1000 per month. Govt has issued the letter and anomaly is resolved.
B. In many Corrigendum PPOs issued after 2006 Age for enhanced rate of family pension was fixed till the age of 65 years, and Jt. SECY DESW once said it is not possible, Rajeev Behal who raised the point submitted his own PPO during the meeting. Now that anomaly is also resolved and PCDA has issued Circular 630 during Feb 2020. A detailed video on this will be made and to be shared separately.
C. Issue of general orders for granting pension to equal to a regular Nb Sub to all the Pre-2006 retires Hav who were granted the rank of Hony-Nb-Sub and PCDA (Pension has issued the Circular No. 631 Dt 05.03.2020.
- It was suggested by the Vtrn Rajeev Behal that we should help the Effected widows/family pensioners, to get their dues under the current circular
- It was suggested by the Vtrn Abinash Kumar to make a video on the same so that they can circulate. This point was well taken and shortly a video on this will be made for circulation.
- It was suggested by Vtrn Chitranjan that we all should come on Twitter platform and should motivate our Ex-servicemen fraternity to come on Twitter so that the weekly hashtag for the issues raised by VOESM, Starts can be re twitted by all the Ex-servicemen and issue can be raised to all the concerned authorities including print & electronic media.
- It was further proposed by the Vtrn Chitranjan Ji that we can hold Virtual meetings at state and district level and one or more Executive members will also join so that momentum of the organization is high and the problems of the ex-servicemen can be taken up. Suggestion was welcomed by all members.
