Mischievous attempt by Indian Ex Servicemen League let by military officers to sabotage our endeavors to get equal rate of MSP to all combatant ranks granted by the Govt. Recently the League ,in order to create division among JCOs/NCOs/ORs and safeguard the interest of officers, has written letter to the Govt to grant enhance rate of MSP to JCOs only. Similar approach was made earlier by the India Ex Servicemen Movement, an organization headed by officer. Both the organizations know very well that MSP is a compensation for tangible/intangible difficulties experiences by armed forces personnel during their entire carrier. The element do not decide status as per 6th pay commission report . However, the offices are creating their own narrative and writing to the Govt to decide MSP as per status which is their divisive policy. 6th pay commission has already stated in their report that difficulties face by officer and JCOs/ORs (they used word PBORs) are same in the field whereas jawans face more difficulties in service be it field or peace. Vide 7 pay commission report (para 6.2.110), superannuation of defence personnel particularly other ranks (ORs) at a younger age is also a factor for grant of Military pay. However, melicious attempt of both the organizations has been turned down by the ministry.
Voice of Ex Servicemen Society has filed court case in Delhi High court to grant equal rate of MSP to all combatant rank and next date of hearing is 01 Aug 2019. I request all JCOs/NCOs/ORs to boycott both the organization for their mischievous activities to damage the interest the jawan/JCOs. The Govt has allotted building to the IESL at prime location in New Delhi which is being misused by certain officers for their personnel gain. Our organization will try to get allotment of building to IESL cancelled due to anti jawans activities by the organization.
I request all ESMs belonging to JCOs/NCOs/ORs categories to either join this organization or the organization let by JCOs/NCOs/ORs.
