Ex Sepoy Rashid Ahmad of District Poonch (J&K) lost his one eye due to harassment and negligence of ECHS.. Voice has taken his case with PM, RM , RRM and MD ECHS. Today 9 May 18,  We have received an email from MD ECHS that matter will be investigated.
